Technical Support Database

Our technical support database will help you find the answer you are looking for quickly and easily.
It is constantly being updated with the most in depth support information to the most common technical problems with answers in a very easy to understand format with no jargon.
 
The technical support database is the first in a line of support for our customers and can be accessed via the technical support database through your PRISM control panel.

PRISM Forum

The PRISM forum is a popular support feature and is a great place to go to meet people with similar interests and share technical information and advice. We are constantly adding more support information and also display special offers and other relevant information relating to PRISM. The forum is FREE to join and is moderated by our members.

Fully Ticketed Support System

If you didn't find the answer to your problem in the technical support database or the PRISM forum, then you can open a support ticket and we will respond to your question as quickly as possible. When you are satisfied we have answered your question you simply close the ticket so that we know we have resolved your problem or answered your question.

Telephone support

If all else fails we provide backup telephone support where we can talk you through the problem.

If telephone support is required it will be arranged through our ticket system and we will contact you at the telephone number registered to your account or the number you requested.
